Terms and Conditions Deposit Orders must be made at least five(5) days prior to the event date. A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required at the time the order is placed to hold the date for your order. Final payment must be made upon collection of your order. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Order Changes Any changes to your order will be accepted until 1 week prior to the event date. After this time, changes may incur a charge. Cancellation In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Any balance paid after the deposit, however, can be refunded. Release and Liability We will work with you to ensure you are happy with your order. We will advise you on how to properly handle/store your order. Bake Me Happy's responsibility ends when the order is accepted and leaves the bakeshop. The submission of your order indicates that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
