Quantity represents number of operators needed for your show. The money allotted to each position would, in general, cover them for the run of a typical show.

Prompter Operators are typically used when you have presenters who have scripts and need an operator to advance that script while matching the speaker's cadence. This is used when the presenter is not using speaker notes in the presentation file.

Offline Graphics Operators are recommended when you have tight rehearsal schedules and a substantial number of presenters. It is highly recommended if the client team knows that there are a lot of last minute changes.

Video Editors are used to quickly turn either captured content or create new content as part of the on site show. Onsite video editors are highly recommended when clients are looking to quickly rebroadcast sessions or events.
