*Frontier/CI will not cover any billable cancellation fees.*

As of today 1/27/25, any cancellation of flaggers that are not reported at least 24 hours before scheduled start time will be your financial responsibility.

If you fail to report your cancellation within the mandatory timeline and we are billed, you will see the deduction on your weekly invoice summary along with the flagging company invoice (Wright/AWP) attached. This will include the details of the amount due, location, date, and time.
