• All orders are Final upon closure of the group-buy period. There will be strictly NO REFUNDS once group-buy period has ended.

• Upon submission of this Form, the order will be processed. Any change(s) or cancellation of processed order is subject to Le-Bambini discretion.

• Stock will arrive in Singapore between 4 - 6 weeks from the closure of the group-buy period. Following which, Le-Bambini will contact you to arrange for delivery.

• A 7-day warranty will be exercised upon delivery of Order, which will cover FUNCTIONAL defects due to manufacturing issues. COSMETIC defects are not covered/exchangeable.

• If Le-Bambini cannot fulfill your order at any point, Le-bambini will contact you via Whatsapp to reach a resolution, either via change of Order or refund.

• In our part to avoid online phishing scams, all official correspondence will be made via +65 9424 8492 on Whatsapp or Call only. Le-Bambini will NEVER ask you for your identification number or credit/debit card details. In the event where necessary verification is required, we will only confirm the transaction details in which you have made payment to us.

• In the event of any change, updates or addition to our communication/marketing platform(s), Le-Bambini will notify you via Whatsapp at the registered number that you have provided us.

• All products listed in this Form is quoted in SINGAPORE DOLLARS.

• All product deliveries will be made in SINGAPORE only.

• All payment must be made via PayNow/PayLah at 9424 8492 (Le-Bambini)
