To retain the highest quality of your items, we recommend washing all items inside out with cold water and laying flat to dry, unless the item specifically states to dry clean only.
Lenape Pride Club/Resting Craft Face is not responsible for items after they have been washed.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the shipment date.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping back to us or arrange local/pickup.
Any returns arriving at the store past 14 days of the ship date will be denied. Credit will be applied back on the card that purchased the item minus the shipping charges within 5 business days.
Items must be in new condition, not washed, and be free of smells from body odor, smoke, perfume, etc.
Lenape Pride Club/Resting Craft Face has the right to deny returns for any reason and charge the customer's card for return shipping.
Custom items are final sale.
Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days from when your order is placed.
Lenape Pride Club/Resting Craft Face inspects all items of clothing before we ship them out to you. If we happen to miss something and you get a damaged item, we apologize in advance. Please send a picture of the damaged item to lenapeprideclub@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your item. We will then send you a shipping label so the item can be returned to us or arrange for local pickup/dropoff. When we receive the item, you will be given a full refund.
