The Philippine Junior Marketing Association (PJMA) values the privacy of every Junior Marketer and/or individual who will be participating in the MADWORLD 2023: Playing the New Spot. PJMA processes your/team’s personal data in different contexts of before, during, and after the event. In accordance with the Republic Act 10173 of 2012 or known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, you have the right to be informed about the processing of the personal data that the organization is gathering. Provisions of MADWORLD 2023

When you sign-up and gain access to the event, we collect your data such as Name, School, Contact number, and E-mail. The data is required for the purpose of ensuring the smooth connection establishment between the attendees and organizers for the overall run of the event including the evaluation of the above mentioned activity.

Lawful, Fair, and Transparent Data Processing

PJMA shall ensure that all the personal data that is being collected are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are being processed. All data which will be provided by the participant will be kept with utmost confidentiality and will be protected, and will not be released to the public without attaining formal consent from the individuals. Any further personal information and agendas / discussions shall not be disclosed. However, the attendees personal background, pictures, videos, and other appearances shall be used solely by PJMA for the duration of the MADWORLD 2023: Playing the New Spot experience, engagement, and promotions and shall be kept confidential and protected from the beginning until the closure of the event proper.

Corporate Partners Database

As part of the data privacy policy, the attendees and/or participants of the event have the option to allow their information to be stored on the official Corporate Partners and/or sponsor's database, in relation to the MADWORLD 2023: Playing the New Spot, and receive newsletters and further updates from the partners.
