I would like assistance finding a home in either the hills east of Oakland, preferably with a view of the bay, or in Berkeley. My brother and I are moving there in December, and we would like a home that will have a high rental value so that we have the option to leave and rent it out for profit. 3 bedrooms is preferred, under $1M.
