REMINDERS:

A. Order basis

This is on PAY UPON ORDER basis which means that only paid orders will be confirmed and processed. Payment should be made through bank transfer or deposit. Kindly see the bank details below for your reference. Also, please ATTACH your proof of payment at the end of this form.

B. How and when the order will be claimed

Corporate Jackets and Polo Shirt: Your orders will be released during the Midterm Week this semester.

Coaster and Phone Stand: Every 30th and 15th of the Month (unless there are stocks on hand)

Sticker pack: After 1 week (unless there are stocks on hand)

C. Confirmation of Order

Those who successfully placed their orders will receive a confirmation of their order via SMS and email.
