Hi Priya, when you use the Formfacade share link to collect responses, the responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. Could you please check if the responses are recorded correctly in Google Forms? If yes, the issue is with syncing Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. You can unlink the form and link it to a new sheet. Please note that this is a Google Forms feature.
Otherwise, if there are any issues with submitting the form or recording the responses in Google Forms, we show an error message to the user and also send a notification email to the form creator. The submit can fail because there is an issue with the form, internet connectivity issue etc. The notification email will include the error message, draft id, link to the response (abandoned or submitted). Did you get any notification email?
