(PRIVACY POLICY)

The personal information you provide us during registration is used for our internal purposes only.

We do not share your personal information with third parties (other than those authorized service providers acting on our behalf) unless we have a lawful basis for doing so. However, to the extent that we rely on third-party service providers to perform a variety of services on our behalf, we may have to share your personal data with these third parties. When we share your personal information in this way, we put in place appropriate measures to make sure that our service providers keep your personal data secure.

You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private information and you are responsible for any harm resulting from your disclosure of such information to any other person.

GMS/Admin/Staff, will not ask your password or user, is someone asking your account, which means it was a treat of hacking your account.

(PLAYER ABUSE POLICY)

This PLAYER ABUSE POLICY is a guideline used by Game Masters (GMs) or Admin.

Players who do abusive action will be given a violation for not tolerating un-respective actions against the Game / GM / Admin / Staff.

Violators will be given penalties as deemed necessary by GM/Admin/Staff.

When a player given or received an disciplinary action, or "If you suspect your account has been banned and you would like to appeal for the actions they got. But at this point, a final judgement by GMs are not be reversed, if the situation has been approved or with a strong evidence.

(POLICY VIOLATION EXAMPLES)

Participating following activities will result in disciplinary Action taken by GM/Admin; discipline may go up to which include Permanent Banned from the Game.

HACKING / CHEATING / EXPLOITATION OF BUG / THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS

1st: Hacking of other player's account (Account Hacking).

Actions: Permanent Banned Account if the items caught where has been transferred.

2nd: Cheating or distributing 3rd party program/hack programs, like (Cheat Engine, Sora, Macro, and another program that will take advantage to the game).

Actions: 1st Offense (Banned 3-Day), 2nd Offense (Banned 7-Days), 3rd Offense (Permanent Banned)

3rd: Inappropriate game advertisement / Spamming.

Actions: 1st Offense (Warning), 2nd Offense (Mute for 3-Days), 3rd Offense (Mute for 1 week), 4th Offense (Mute for 1 month)

4th: Impersonating of Game Master or Admin or Staff.

Actions: Permanent Banned

5th: Illegal Trading / Dupe of items

Actions: Permanent Banned

6th: Insulting GMs/Admin/Staff.

Actions: 1st Offense (Banned 3-Day), 2nd Offense (Banned 7-Days), 3rd Offense (Permanent Banned)

7th: ABUSING BUG SANUTA & NABAD.

Actions:

First offense (Banned 3 Days), 2nd Offense (Banned 7 Days), 3rd Offense (Permanently Banned)

8th: DUALS AT KRUMA.

Action:

Permanently Banned

9th: Duel Bug at Paroksya & Forge

Action:

1st offense: 30K Karma

2nd Permanently Banned
