ONLINE SELLING:
You may sell our products based on our contractual agreement on your own branded website.
Online retail stores may use product descriptions or copy that can be found in our lookbook, www.thesingingant.com, or our instagram account @TheSingingAnt_Kids.
The supplier name must be listed as The Singing Ant on all website product descriptions and social media platforms.

WHOLESALE PRICING:
All prices are listed in Euro. Prices are subject to change without notice.

OPENING ORDERS:
Minimum first order €500 ex VAT with €20 for shipping within Germany.
Free shipping for orders over €1000 ex VAT within Germany.
Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
Shipping for international orders will be charged at cost.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through Paypal, Credit Card, and Direct Bank Transfer are all accepted forms of payment. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within seven days.

LEAD-TIMES:
2 - 3 weeks from receipt of payment, at busy times of the year and for large orders this might be longer. We will always let you know when we confirm your order.

Please report any damages/discrepancies within 14 days of receipt of the order. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. We can only except returns with prior arrangement.
Please provide photo evidence of the damage upon receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
