ORDER GUIDELINES:

• ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a summary of your order, the total amount due including shipping. A payment confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge receipt.

• ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been verified. 

  
  

• SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEE

  Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and will be automatically included in the total amount due. The cost of shipping fee in Metro Manila is already fixed with amount of P120. For all provincial areas regardless of distance we will charge a standard fee upon confirming from the courier.

• CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

  Changes or cancellations can only be made before payment is completed. Once payment has been confirmed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

• REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  Payments are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
