How to receive Google Forms responses on WhatsApp?

Install WhatsTarget addon from G Suite marketplace

You can install the WhatsTarget addon using your Gmail or G Suite account. Once the addon is installed, you can click on the addon menu in your Google Forms to access it.

How to configure your WhatsApp number?

Once you have installed the WhatsTarget addon, the first step is to configure your WhatsApp number. You can set up your WhatsApp number using the "Configure WhatsApp Number" option in WhatsTarget addon menu. Please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Open your Google Form, click on the add-on icon and select "WhatsTarget"
Step 2: WhatsTarget popup menu will be displayed. Select "Configure WhatsApp Number"
Step 3: Configure WhatsApp Number screen will be displayed. The country code will be automatically set to match your location. If it's incorrect, you can choose your country code from the dropdown list. Enter your WhatsApp number and click on the Confirm button.
You will receive a WhatsApp message with your form link. You can share this link with your users to get responses via WhatsApp.
Step 4: Confirmation screen will be displayed. If you received the WhatsApp message with the form link, select "Yes" and click on Next to test your form. If you don't receive the WhatsApp message with the form link, select "No" and click on Next to get the share link.
Step 5: You can copy the share link and use this to test your form.

Once you have configured your WhatsApp number, you can test the form by submitting the response yourself or by sharing the link with your friends and asking them to submit a response.
