1. Registration:

1.1 Participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by the organizers.

1.2 Participants agree to pay the registration fee corresponding to the race category. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1.3 Each registered participant shall receive a race kit which includes singlet and race bib. Size of the singlet cannot be changed once submitted.

1.4 Claiming date of the race kit will be announced through our official Facebook Page, Imperial Legacy Run.

2. Eligibility: There is no minimum age requirement for the event. Participants under the age of 18 must submit parental or guardian consent to join.

3. Participant Conduct:

3.1 Participants must have sportsmanship and follow all instructions given by event staff. Any misconduct or violation of rules may result in disqualification from the event.

3.2 Participants are responsible to keep the venue clean and litter free.

3.3 Participants are required to wear the singlet and race bib during the event.

4. Health and Safety: Participants must be in good health condition to complete the chosen distance. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to join.

5. Event Changes: The organizer reserve the right to modify or cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns.

6. Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge the risks associated with participating in the event, including but not limited to physical injury and property damage. By registering for the event, participants waive any claims against the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers and affiliated parties for any injury or damages sustained during the event.

7. Photography and Media: Participants grant permission to the event organizers to use their photograph and video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes.

8. Terms and Conditions Changes: The organizer shall have the right to change the current terms and conditions, rules and regulations in connection as it may deem proper and may amend them at any time, and organizers shall have the full power in the matter of interpretation and enforcement thereof, organizers will inform participants in such cases.
