Vehicle Description

You will be renting a motorcycle and/or additional equipment such as a camera and drone with the following specifications, as confirmed during your booking. Additional accessories and inclusions are provided as outlined in your booking form.

Rental Period

Motorcycle Rental Period:
- Start Date and Time: The rental period begins when you receive the motorcycle, as indicated on the receiving form.
- End Date and Time: The rental period ends after the agreed-upon rental duration has elapsed from the actual start date and time.
Camera and Drone Rental Period:
- Start Date and Time: The rental period for the camera and drone begins when the equipment is handed over to you.
- End Date and Time: The rental period ends after the agreed-upon rental duration has elapsed from the actual start date and time.

You must return all rented items, including the motorcycle, camera, and drone, on or before the calculated end date and time. Late returns will incur additional charges:

Motorcycle: PHP100 per hour for each hour or part thereof beyond the agreed return time.
Camera and Drone: PHP200 per hour for each hour or part thereof beyond the agreed return time.

Rental Charges

Daily Rental Rate: As specified in your booking confirmation.
Total Rental Amount: Calculated based on the rental period.

Payment in full is required before the commencement of the rental period.

Use of Motorbike

You agree to the following conditions:

Authorized Driver: Only you, the Renter, are authorized to operate the motorcycle.
Prohibited Uses:
- Do not use the motorcycle for any illegal activities or in violation of local laws and regulations.
- Do not operate the motorcycle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair driving ability.
- Do not use the motorcycle to carry passengers or property for hire.
- Do not participate in any race, speed test, rally, or competition.
- Do not take the motorcycle outside Camiguin Island without prior written consent from iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental.

Camera and Drone Use:

You must operate the drone in compliance with local aviation and safety regulations.
Do not use the drone in restricted areas, such as near airports or military facilities.
The camera and drone must be handled with care and kept secure during the rental period.

Fuel Policy

The motorcycle is provided with a specific fuel level at the time of delivery, as indicated in the receiving form.
You must return the motorcycle with the same amount of fuel as when it was delivered to you.
Failure to return the motorcycle with the same fuel level will result in a refueling charge of PHP250.
The camera and drone will be provided with fully charged batteries. You are responsible for maintaining their charge during the rental period. Additional battery charging equipment will be provided, if applicable.

Reservation Policy

A non-refundable reservation fee of PHP200 is required to secure your booking.
This reservation fee will be applied toward your total rental amount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your booking, please contact iStroll Camiguin through the designated communication channels provided in your booking confirmation.
Reservation Fee Forfeiture: Any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable reservation fee of PHP200.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time may incur a cancellation fee as specified in your booking confirmation or may result in forfeiture of the rental amount paid.

Renter's Obligations

Valid License: You must possess a valid driver's license recognized in the Philippines.
Responsible Operation: Operate the motorcycle responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Vehicle Care: Perform routine checks such as tire pressure and oil level, and promptly report any issues to iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental.
Damage and Accidents:
- Immediately inform iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental and the appropriate authorities in the event of an accident, theft, or damage.
- You are responsible for any and all damages inflicted on the motorcycle during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. The amount of damages will be determined by iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental.

Insurance and Liability

During the rental period, you are responsible for any damage to the motorcycle, regardless of fault, excluding normal wear and tear. You agree to cover all costs associated with repairs or replacement resulting from such damage.

Third-Party Liability Insurance:
- The motorcycle is covered by third-party liability insurance as required by Philippine law.
- This insurance covers bodily injury and property damage to third parties caused by the motorcycle during your rental period.
Personal Accident Insurance:
- Personal accident insurance is not provided. It is strongly recommended that you obtain your own personal accident insurance.
Indemnification:
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the motorcycle.
Camera and Drone:
- No insurance coverage is provided for these items. You are fully liable for the repair or replacement costs in case of damage or loss.

Breakdown and Repairs

Mechanical Failures:
- iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental is responsible for mechanical failures due to normal wear and tear.
Unauthorized Repairs:
- Do not authorize any repairs without prior approval from iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental.
Reporting Issues:
- In case of a breakdown, contact iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental immediately for assistance.
Camera and Drone:
- iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental is responsible for resolving any pre-existing mechanical or technical issues.
- Do not attempt to repair the equipment without prior approval.
- Report any issues immediately to iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental.

Inclusions

The rental includes accessories and items as specified in your booking form. These may include helmets, umbrellas, cellphone holders, raincoats, and other relevant items to enhance your rental experience.

Termination

iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the motorcycle without notice if you breach any terms of this agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both you and iStroll Camiguin Motorcycle Rental.
