The undersigned CAPTAIN agrees to assume full responsibility for the actions and welfare of their crew. Each CAPTAIN represents their team and ensures that all individuals attending the event are fully informed of and assume the risks and hazards involved in participating in Pinchin’ Tails for TARC.

By signing this agreement, each individual acknowledges and accepts all associated risks. Neither TARC, its officers or directors, nor Boopalus will be held responsible for the safety or actions of the undersigned or any persons under their control, whether on land or water.

Each person signing this agreement agrees to take full responsibility for themselves and any individuals they invite to the event. TARC, its officers or directors, and Boopalus will not be liable for any injury sustained by or caused by any participant.
