Welcome to the West Pines Track and Field Club. The focus of the West Pines Track & Field Club is not just to develop great athletes, but to also instill the values of hard work, morals, discipline and leadership skills to assist them in achieving their future goals.

The track season will begin on January 16, 2024 and ending approximately the end of April.
The ending date may be revised. Please mark your calendars accordingly.
A traveling squad comprised of the top athletes will represent West Pembroke Pines in post-season events.
Selection of athletes for the traveling squad will be based on competitive times in specific events.
Selected athletes must compete in the AAU District and State qualifying meets and must advance in order to qualify for the AAU National Junior Olympics.
The AAU National Junior Olympics will be held from July 29 thru August 3, 2024 in Greensboro, NC.
Committees will be implemented to assist with fund raising, track meet activities and other events

Practice will commence on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6 p.m.

Practices will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at

Charles Flanagan H.S 12800 Taft Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028

The registration cost is $260

The registration fee covers, club fees, Uniform and Competition fees.

- There will be no refunds issued after January 30, 2024

- The competition schedule will be provided at a later date.

- The practice site and schedule are subject to change, and you will be notified accordingly.

The items required for the registration and for the first day of practice include:

A completed registration form
The original Birth Certificate which is required for validation purposes
Physical Exam Form approved and signed by the athlete’s physician within a year of the date of track & field registration.
A Recent Photo
Review and signature of Rules & Regulations
Payment

Due to insurance liability, all athletes must be completely registered including all documents referenced above and payment submitted to West Pembroke Pines Track & Field administration prior to practice or competition.

We cannot accept try-outs.
