Most likely you have selected the Restricted option for Responder view allowing only specific people to access the form. You must always set it to "Anyone with the link" to use the google form with Formesign.
Once you have updated the publish settings, please sync the changes with Formesign. Open your form in google forms > click on the addon icon > click Formesign > click More options > click Update or Customize to sync the changes.
