Hi - There is no paid subscription linked with your email account. If you would like to collect signatures in your Google Forms, then you can subscribe to the esign paid plan and use the Formesign addon. This subscription plan allows you to convert the signed form into a pdf document and sync it to your drive as well as email it to the form respondents, collaborators. If you would also like to collect files from your users, then you can subscribe to the compliance Bundle or Team plan that allows you collect signatures as well as files. You can sync the signed documents and the uploaded files to your google drive folder and add your team members as collaborators in the google drive folder to provide access to these uploaded files.
