Dear Formfacade Team,
I am writing to inquire about your Formfacade add-on which I find very useful for embedding forms seamlessly within websites.
I am currently designing a Save the Date webpage and am particularly interested in integrating a basic RSVP form using Formfacade. After reviewing your subscription models, I noticed that they are based on a monthly payment structure only. While I understand and appreciate the value your service provides, our current project is limited in scope and a recurring subscription model is not the most cost-effective option for us.
Would there be any possibilities to arrange for a one-time payment option that would allow us to use Formfacade for our current project without the commitment to a monthly subscription?

Hi Chris, when you subscribe to the paid plan, you can either choose the monthly or annual option. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month. You can cancel it anytime. Annual subscription is a 12 month contract. If you need the form only for a short term, say 2 months, then you can subscribe to the monthly option, use it for 2 months and then cancel the subscription before it is renewed for the 3rd month. We use Stripe for subscription payments and it is set up to automatically send a reminder email 3 days before the subscription is renewed so that users can choose to continue or cancel the subscription.
