Hi Norbert, When a user submits a form, the response is recorded in Formfacade and it is submitted to Google Forms. If you have linked your Google Forms with Google Sheets, the responses will be synced to it as well.
Is the email address for the submitted response recorded correctly in Google Forms? Please check and confirm.
