Hi Judy, Only submitted responses count towards the monthly responses limit. If a user starts filling the form, but abandons the form, the partial responses will be displayed in the Abandoned status in Formfacade Responses page. This does not count towards your monthly response limit.

1 completed form submission = 1 response. In the Basic plan, you can collect a total of 100 responses per month. Please note that the response limit is not per form; it is for your account.
