If you have added a file upload question in Google Forms, users will have to login with their google account to view the form, upload the files and submit it. You can use the Formfacade / Petaform addon to convert the Google Drive file upload question into standard html file upload and allow users to upload files without login. In the Google Forms, the file upload question will be converted into a short answer question, where the url location of file uploaded by the user will be displayed. Please note that you must use the Formfacade share link to collect responses. Otherwise, customization and file upload will not work.
