Hi - You will have to disable the "Send responders a copy of their response" option in Google Forms to customize the form using the Scorecery addon and use it to collect responses. If you would like to send a confirmation email to the user, you can set it up directly in Scorecery. Instructions below. Login to Scorecery > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > click on the three dots icon next to the Submitted status > click Email respondents > setup wizard will be displayed > select the email field from the list and click Next (note: this email field must be a mandatory field in the form) > update the subject and click Next > update the message and click Next > click on the link to open the form and submit a response to test confirmation emails. The customer should receive an email. When you set up the email notification using Scorecery, you can customize the subject and message as required. You can use the ${response()} formula to show a summary of all the answers or ${scoresummary()} to show the conditional thank you message setup based on score in the form. You can also click on the @ icon in the message editor and select the required field from the list to include it in the message. Please try this and confirm.
