I believe I may have purchased the wrong product. I am wanting petaform not formfacade. I am wanting to create a form through google forms that people do not need to sign into their google account to upload files. If this is the case, can I get a refund on the formfacade so that I can then purchase petaform?

Hi Elizabeth, when you customize an existing Google Forms using the Formfacade or the Petaform addon, the form will be added to the Formfacade Forms dashboard. You can directly login to Formfacade and access the customized forms. If you delete a form from the Forms dashboard, it will no longer be displayed. Please share the link for your form so that we can check this. File upload If your primary requirement is to collect files, you can subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb and use the Petaform addon. You can increase the max file size to upto 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive. To upgrade your existing subscription, login to Formfacade > click Account > click Manage plan > click Update plan to open your customer portal > click Update plan > select the preferred file upload plan and upgrade.
