Hi Taylor, you will have to use the Formfacade share link to collect responses. Otherwise, customization and file upload will not work. When you use the Formfacade share link to collect responses, it will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. You can sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. You can also set up sync to Google Drive so that the uploaded files are automatically synced to the selected Google Drive folder when the user submits the form.
