When the user fills the form and submits it, the responses are recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. You can sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. If the responses are missing in Google Sheet linked with Google Forms, then please check the following. [1] Does the response recorded in Google Forms match the response in Formfacade? If yes, then the issue is with the syncing responses to Google Sheets. This is a Google Forms feature. You can unlink the form and sync the responses again. [2] If the responses are missing in google forms, then please share a sample response that was recorded in Formfacade, but not in Google Forms.

Hi, it's working again. Some things I did were: (1) delete some rows in the google forms, and (2) I also deleted some "abandoned" submissions in the formfacade entries. Do either of these have limits imposed as far as you know? I did not re-sync anything. Is it possible these was a temporary sync issue? Or is it more likely that by doing either (1) or (2) I fixed the issue?

Thanks for the update. Some notes for your reference. When the user starts filling the form, Formfacade saves their partial responses as draft for 3 hrs. If the user returns within 3hrs, they can choose to continue from where they left off or start over. These partial responses will be displayed in the Abandoned status in Formfacade. These responses will not be available in Google Forms. Deleting these responses in Formfacade will not affect the sync to Google Sheets. Deleting responses in Google Forms will not affect the responses synced to Google Sheets. Similarly, deleting responses in Google Sheets will not delete responses in Google Forms. These are two independent data sources. If you manually edit the Google Sheets linked with the Google Forms (especially adding new rows at the end of the last row with data), then you might face issues with the real-time sync.
