Dear Neartail Support,
I am contacting you because, although I canceled my subscription, I was clearly informed that I would still have full access to the platform until June 16th, the end of the current billing cycle.
However, I am now being prompted to upgrade my plan in order to continue using features that should still be available to me. This is both unexpected and disruptive, especially since I rely on Neartail for ongoing projects and order collection.
I would appreciate it if you could review and restore my access immediately, as per the subscription terms. Please also clarify why this issue occurred, and what measures will be taken to avoid such inconvenience in the future.

Hi Stelios, You subscribed to the Neartail paid plan on April 16 and cancelled your subscription on May 14. When you cancel your subscription, it remains valid until the end of the subscription period, which expired on May 16. You will need an active subscription to access Neartail and use your form to collect responses. That’s why you’re seeing the upgrade message when you log in to Neartail.
