Hi Elizabeth, users will not be able to access the form using the Neartail link, if the you close your form in Google Forms. You have to fix the issue with your Google Forms.

I have replied to your other post (link below). This issue might be because of the ExtendedForms addon that you have installed. Did you check with their team?

Yes, thank you for your help. I deleted ExtendedForms. It is working perfectly now, it just gives that message every now and then to some users.
