After our conversion yesterday, I got confused with the company and product names (between Formesign and Formfacade). More so the logos look exactly the same, so can you please confirm the actual company / product name?
Hi John, Both Formfacade and Formesign are our products. Formesign allows to add signatures and HIPAA compliance for Google Forms, while Formfacade allows you to enhance google forms into a CRM with UI customization, scoring, file upload & email notification.

You can use Formesign since your requirement is to collect signatures. If you need Formfacade features such as file upload, scoring etc, then you can subscribe to the Formesign Compliance Team plan.
