Hi Kelcey, The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to access Formesign, customize the form and collect responses. Add collaborators in Formesign You can add collaborators to provide access to your team, but please note that the collaborators will have to subscribe to the paid plan using their email account to continue using it after the trial ends. Collaborators have the same permissions as the form creators. Add collaborators in Google Drive/Google Sheets You can setup sync so that the signed forms are automatically synced to your Google Drive folder. If your team needs access to these signed forms, then you can add them as collaborators to this Google Drive folder to provide access. You can also sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets and add them as collaborators in Google Sheets so that they view the submitted form responses.
