Hello, We have an active Basic subscription under cpuga@recycla.cl. The owner can access and manage forms normally. However, all collaborators assigned as Editors receive the message: "Your trial has ended. Please subscribe to one of our paid plans to continue." They are correctly listed as Editors and this setup worked previously. We checked our subscription and it is active. Also, the pricing page does not mention any collaborator limitation. Could you please verify if there is an issue with our account or if there has been a change affecting collaborator access?
