You can choose the preferred language for each form. Login to Formesign > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > select the the preferred language and click Save. The error messages and the button text will be displayed in the selected language. "Other" answer choice In the Edit page, click on the multiple choice or checkboxes question to select it > click on the gear icon for this question > Question settings will be displayed > you can enter the preferred text in the Placeholder option and click Save. This text will be displayed in place of "other".

Login to Formesign. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Formesign Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner. Click Change theme. Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page. Click Page. Enter the required text in the Title (header / account name) and click Save.
