Hi, I created an order form for my local business recently and have come across a problem with pages being skipped.
I created a section for customers to fill in their mailing addresses, but for some reason, that page was not shown for some of the customers who filled out the form. I have tested it many times myself on desktop and on mobile it works perfectly fine for me.
The page prior to it has 'On submit' set to 'Continue to next section', and all the mailing address was marked as required field. Please suggest if there is anything that might cause the problem. Thank you.

Hi Jason, Your form is not set up properly. You have created a multipage form with the following pages. Home page 個人資料 Personal Detail 請選擇款式 (products) 郵寄資料 Mailing Details 合計 Order summary Payment pages You have also enabled the search option in your form and mapped the "合計 Order summary" page as the checkout page in the Cart. With the above setup, a user can click on the search option in the header and then directly go the products page without filling the required fields in the "個人資料 Personal Detail" page. Similarly, once the user has added the products to cart, they can click on the cart icon in the header and click on the checkout button to proceed directly to the "合計 Order summary" page without filling the required fields in the "郵寄資料 Mailing Details" page. Disable search and configure the correct checkout page Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the grid icon to the right of the Next button > Quick navigation settings page will be displayed > click on the edit icon > In the settings page, uncheck "請選擇款式" to disable search, configure the "郵寄資料 Mailing Details" page as the checkout page and click Save. https://neartail.com/order-form/configure-checkout-page.html Please try this and confirm.
