Hi, I have a problem. I downloaded an Add-On in Google Forms to hide some fields that I want pre-filled. I configured and also edited a survey on the page, but when I tried to test the responses, the system doesn't send the responses to Google Forms. I don't understand if there is no direct connection between Formesign and Google Sheets, but then I don't get what the Add-On is for.
My Google Form is for a feedback survey.

Hi Fernando, when you use the Formesign share link to collect responses, it will be recorded in Formesign and Google Forms. You can also sync the responses to google sheets. This is a Google Forms feature. Login to Formesign > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Formesign Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the settings gear icon > Form settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > click Launch to open Google Forms > In Google Forms, click Responses to view the submitted responses and sync it to google sheets. Note: You have added a short answer question "Email", marked it as required in google forms and set the appearance as hidden using Formesign. Users won't see this question when they fill the form. So, if the answer for this question is not pre-filled, then the submitted responses will not be recorded in google forms. Google Forms will reject responses with missing answers for required questions. I'd recommend you to make the hidden Email question as optional.

I understand. The issue is that I have 3 attributes that I need to pre-fill, and one of them is that email. I already solved my previous question, thank you very much! I just have a new one. Can those pre-filled fields (Questions) work with Formesign? Because in the link to share, I don't see the option

Could you clarify what exactly isn't visible or working as expected in the Formesign share link? [1] Are the pre-filled fields not showing up when the link is opened? [2] Are the answers not pre-filled when the link is opened? Please provide the details along with a pre-fill link you are using so that we can check this.

Sure, I need to fill some pre-filled fields but as parameters. I created a pre-fill link, but it takes the same values in all the surveys. Is there a way to parameterize that?

When you click on a pre-fill link, it will pre-fill the answers based on the url parameters. If you click on another pre-fill link without submitting the form, the answers from the new link will not be pre-filled; it will show the previous pre-fill answers. If you open the link in an incognito window or another browser, the answers will be pre-filled. If a user will access multiple pre-fill links, then you can append &ff-flush=true to the pre-fill url parameters so that the pre-filled answers are not saved as draft. So, when a user clicks on a pre-fill link, the answers from that link will be pre-filled in the form.

My question is more related to whether the answers can be pre-filled in the URL as parameters? Will the values I assign in the pre-fill always be the same or I can change that on the URL?

There are two options to create prefill links. [1] Append the google forms pre-fill url parameters to the Formesign standard form link. You can pass values via url parameters to pre-fill answers in the form. You can also append &ff-flush=true to disable the autosave. [2] Create unique pre-fill links using Formesign You can create unique pre-fills link for each user or group using the Create New Prefill option in the Formesign Share page for your form.
