Hi Keith, You can update the email notifications set up in Formesign.

Login to Formesign > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the green tick progress icon next to the form name in the top left corner > Form setup page will be displayed > click on the edit icon for "Email me when form is submitted" > Email setup wizard will be displayed >follow the prompts to update the email.
