I created a google form and am using esign. Within the esign document I requested individuals to upload documents. When trying to access the document, I receive a message stating "Checking your access". My question is why are there gmail accounts mi*****@sfhighschool.net and bu********@sfhighschool.net from my company that are listed as being able to access the document when I am the sole creator and subscription payer for the account. Additionally, there is another email address: ed****@formfacade.com, that is also listed. How can I have these removed?
I am able to provide a screen shot if necessary.

Hi David, all the collaborators in your google form will also be access the files uploaded by the users. If you don't want these users to access the responses or the uploaded files, then please remove their email as a collaborator from google form and then sync the changes with Formesign. Note: editor@formfacade.com is the service account that enables you to make the edits directly using the Formesign editor and also submit the responses to Google Forms. You should not remove this email as a collaborator from your forms. Remove collaborators (mi*****@sfhighschool.net and bu********@sfhighschool.net) Open your form in Google Forms > click on the three dots more icon next to the SEND button > click Add collaborators > remove redundant collaborators and click Save > click on the addon icon > click Formesign > click More options > click Update or Customize to sync the changes with Formesign.
