i would like to have access to my forms for more than one user. as of right now we will only have one form and typically no more than 1000 responses per a year. i would like to speak with someone about my subscription, and further help with how to optimize form usage.

Hi Melissa, You have subscribed to the Formesign Premium plan that supports up to 200 responses per month. Your subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to customize the form and collect responses. You can add collaborators to provide access to your team, but please note that the collaborators will have to subscribe to the paid plan using their email account to continue using it after the trial ends. Note: Your needs to subscribe using their account only if they need to edit the form or collaborate on the responses. If you would like your team to view the responses, then there are three options. (1) Sync signed forms to Google Drive When the user fills the form, signs and submits it, the signed responses will be automatically converted to PDF and synced to the selected Google Drive folder. You can add your team as collaborators in the Google Drive folder to provide access. Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Formesign > click Sync to drive > select the preferred folder and click Select > click Preview to test the form. You can customize the email message and include a summary of the response. Login to Formesign > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > click on the three dots icon next to the Submitted status > click Email collaborators > setup wizard will be displayed > enter the collaborators email and click Next > update the subject and click Next > update the message and click Next > Collaborators should receive a notification email for new responses.
