Currently the images in the form will not be included in the signed pdf. If you are collecting files from the respondents, you can enable the option to include it in the signed pdf.

You cannot change the sender’s name, as the form title is automatically set to the sender’s name. This helps recipients easily identify the sender and understand the context of the email.
