I assume this is user error but cannot figure out what setting I need to look at that will allow the form to download. I have allowed cookies.

Hi Tami, If you have logged in with multiple google accounts in your browser, sometimes Google Workspace addons may not be installed properly. Open an incognito window, login with the google account you would like to use and, install the addon from Google Workspace marketplace and then use the addon. It should work. Please try this and confirm.
