Hi Katie, once you customize your google form using the Formfacade addon, you must use the Formfacade share link or the embed code to collect responses. Otherwise, customization will not work. Note: When the user fills the form and submits it, the responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms, You can sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets as before.
