You can use the Scorecery addon to assign points and add score calculations. Once you customize the form, you can use the Formfacade Scorecery share link to collect responses. When a user submits the form, the responses are recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. You can sync Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. You can also export the data from Reports that will include the points, responses for individual questions and the calculated scores.
