Hi Amie, You have set up the form correctly to calculate the total score. The issue is with the formula added for calculating the average points. There are two hidden questions with calculations in your forms. Both of these fields are named as "Total Score". Once of these fields has the POINTS() formula to calculate the total score. This works correctly. We have to update the formula for the other "Total score" field to calculate the average points correctly. Login to Scorecery > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Total Score field > Field settings page will be displayed > click Answer > delete the existing formula added in the Calculate option, enter AVERAGEPOINTS() and click Save. I'd recommend you to change the name of this field from "Total Score" to "Average points". Please try this and confirm.
