Hi Alla, the subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to create forms and collect responses. You can add collaborators to provide access, but please note that the collaborators will have to subscribe to the paid plan using their email account to continue using Formfacade after their trial ends.
