Hi Katie, once you customize your google form using the Formfacade addon, you must use the Formfacade share link or the embed code to collect responses. When the user fills the form and submits it, the responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. You can sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets as before.

If Data Director sends notifications based on the response recorded in Google Forms, then it should work well even when you use Formfacade with Google Forms to collect responses.

Formfacade Personalize.Email addon allows you to send email notifications to your team. Currently we do not have the option to send the notification based on the response to a specific question. This feature is part of the roadmap.
