E-mail not received after submitting the form.

Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on the order to view the details > check the Additional details section. Does it display the email address for the Email respondents, collaborators? Please check. - By default, it will display the configure link that indicates that the emails have not been set up. - If the emails are configured and sent successfully, email addresses will be displayed. - Otherwise, it will display the error message or 📫 icon next to the email to indicate that the email was not delivered.

but the email fill in 「電郵地址」is "chriswhho@gmail.com" which is a valid email address.

After selecting Addon > Formfacade > more options... There are only 4 options: Embed this form in your webpage Customize this form - fields, labels & confirmation message Create a website for this form & share it with your users Sync this form to Formfacade fewer than another Google Account we tried earlier

Hi Chris, if you have disabled the edit response option in Google Forms, Formfacade will not be able to track the email status. Open your form in Google Forms > click Settings > click Responses > enable Allow response editing option > click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click More options > click Update to sync the changes > You can then submit a response and test the email notification. If there are any error or issues with sending emails, it will be displayed in the Additional details section when you view the response in Formfacade.
