No error message. The field listed fields do not open up to allow any edits.

I'm sorry, I do not understand your question regarding the new editor or WYSIWYG. If used the edit button on the confirmation email, only some fields are editable in the Formfacade platform (not the original Google Forms).

Notify respondent When you set up confirmation emails, you can enable the option to allow the form respondents to edit their response. They can click on the edit response option in the email to open their response, edit their answers and submit the form. They will be able to make changes to their responses anytime as long as the form is accepting responses. Hi - The link that you have shared is not form the Edit response button from the confirmation emails for the form respondents.

I do not have access to any other links to edit the response, so yes, this is what I get. As you can see, this does not allow me to edit many fields. If you have a different way of accessing the the form to edit, please share that with me as this is the exact problem I am coming to you with.

Also, I have asked submitters to hit their Edit response button on their confirmation email and they have confirmed that all of the field s are not editable on their end either.

The link you have shared is for the collaborators. They cannot edit the submitted response. They will be able to edit only the office use fields. Please note that this feature is not included in your subscription (refer to the reply above on 29-Aug). You must enable the edit response option when set up the Notify respondent option to send a confirmation email. If this is setup correctly, respondents will be able to edit their submittted response.
