Getting server errors for a specific form. I get this email: "Error: Submit failed Message: Couldn't connect to server. Submit it again. Contact owner, if this error occurs repeatedly. Response: JTPro New Hire Form #4322" I've gotten this email a couple times and im a little concerned that it's been happening more frequently recently

When the user submits the form, the response is recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. If there are any issues with submitting the form or recording the responses in Google Forms, we show an error message to the user and also send a notification email to the form creator. The submit can fail because there is an issue with the form, internet connectivity issue etc. The notification email will include the error message, draft id, link to the response (abandoned or submitted). The error message in the email shows "Couldn't connect to server". This appears to be a connectivity issue on the customer's end. When you click on the link for the response #4322 in the email, you can see that the user was able to submit this response successfully. You can check the response in Formfacade and Google Forms to verify it.
