Hello Formfacade Support, I configured Formfacade Sheets Lookup for my existing Google Form using my Google spreadsheet's FacultyCourses sheet. My configuration should: Filter the Course Code dropdown based on the faculty member's entered email. Autofill Faculty Name and Course Name after a course is selected. Preserve my existing Google Form questions and linked response spreadsheet. The lookup works correctly in the Formfacade preview, but the published Formfacade respondent link displays the normal form without the dynamic dropdown or autofill. Publishing again has not resolved the issue. Could you please check why the published form is not applying the configured Sheets Lookup?
