Hello, I have a question regarding how this works. Let's say for example i have 3 questions: Name, email and upload a picture Usually the name and email answers are located in a google sheet, with the FormFacade embeded where can I see the? and same thing for the pictures. We are interested in such a feature at work because responders don't necessarily have a google account to upload a file. Looking forward to hearing from you to get more information :)

Hi Maria, Google Forms file upload question requires signin to upload the file and submit the form. Respondents must have a google account. You can use the Formfacade Petaform addon to customize your google form and converts this Google Forms file upload that requires login into a standard html file upload. You will see the file upload button in Formfacade, but it will be a short answer question in Google Forms. You must use the Formfacade share link to collect responses. When the user uploads a file and submits the response, the link to the uploaded files is recorded as a response for the file upload question in Google Forms / Google Sheets. You can click on the link to access the files. If your primary requirement is to collect files, you can subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb and use the Petaform addon. You can increase the max file size to upto 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, allow anyone with the link to access the files, allow access to only specific users, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive.
